This is a healthy soup for breakfast. It have fibers from oats and veggies and proteins from boiled eggs. Eating fresh veggies with healthy proteins boost the overall health in entire day. An easy breakfast but may take some 15 minutes for chopping vegetables. I have combined this soup with know soups pack of 10 rupees. I have used two different soups for tasty flavor such as sweet corn veg and Mixed vegetables. Additionally, onion, garlic, black ground pepper, and coriander power are know to give enhanced flavors.
Ingredients
- Oats - 1 cup ( depend on the type of soup you would like to make such as clear or thick)
- Knor Soup 1 - Vegetable mix
- Knor Soup 1 - Sweet Corn veg
- Onion - 1
- Capsicum - 1
- Carrot - 1
- Beans - 5
- Cabbage - 1 tbsp
- Green Peas - 1 tbp (Frozen)
- Sweet Corns - 1 tbsp (Frozen)
- Garlic - 1 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Red chillies flakes
- Maggie masala - 1 tsp
- Boiled Eggs 3
- Water - 1 glass (adjust accordingly)
- Cooking Oil 1 tbsp
Serving- 3
Take a soup pan and fry all veggies and spices and sprinkle Maggie masala.
In a separate pan boiled the oats. Bring it to only one boil. Cooking it separately prevent veggies from losing its color.
