Ingredients:

  • Flour/Maida
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Green Chilli
  • 1 Tomato
  • Coriander
  • Red chilli flakes
  • Black pepper
  • Salt
  • Oil


Let's know how to make "Crispy Egg Paratha"?

Make a dough of wheat flour. Knead well. Take a portion of dough and roll it flat like how you make normal chapati. Spring oil all over and spread it then sprinkles flour lightly so the Partha with becoming crispy.

Cut the flat-rolled dough into 5 pieces.  Now start rolling all pieces one by one.

Now this look round layered portion.
Gently roll it again like chapati only it looks different is, it has layers. Now heat tawa or pan sprinkle some oil and place paratha and cook on medium flame till get gold. 
Again sprinkle oil and with help of spoon add egg and other ingredient mixture on pratha and spread all over. Cook of low flame. Than flip paratha slowly and cook till all egg get cooked.

Serve hot crispy paratha with tomato chilies sauce..........

"Chongay" is a sweet dessert that is made during the month of  Muharram . I have seen from childhood everyone prepare this recipe during Muharram. But I didn't find the exact story of it. However, it is a delicious sweet recipe. Ingredients Maida - 3 cups (large cups) Ghee 2 tablespoon Sugar 3 teaspoon Salt 1 teaspoon Milk half cup (small cup) Oil for frying Add Ghee in maida and mix well all the flour. Fold it from both side The final folding will be like image. Cut the dough in square shapes. Slightly roll the chonge after cutting. Fry it till become golden and crispy. Let it cool down, sprinkle the powdered sugar over chonga and server it.
