In India, we eat everyday wheat chapati or Jowar roti. Sometimes we eat outside or bring a home parcel of special dinner and that roti just sit feeling ignored :) Yes we can prepare a healthy and delicious breakfast with leftover roti. Leftover Roti Recipe Ingredients Roti 2-3 2 Eggs 1 Onion 1 Tomato 1 tbs coriander 1/4 tsp Jeera 1/4 Mustard 1/2 Turmeric 1/4 tsp coriander 2 Slit cut green chillies Half lemon juice Salt as taste 1 tbsp oil Method: 1. Shread the roti into small pieces and soak for 2 minutes in cold water and drain the water. 2. In a pan add 1 tbsp oil and splutter mustard seeds, jeera, turmeric, chopped onion, green chillies and coriander powder. 3. Saute for 2 minutes and add salt and lemon juice. 4.
