An extraordinary dessert combination of Gulab Jamun and Radadi is very delicious recipe. To make gulab jamun with cracks, it does not need to knead the flour, just mix flour with milk. Make it sticky consistency and make ball by applying littil oil in hand.

Ingredients: Gulab Jamun With Rabri

MTR Gulab Jamun Mix
1 & half cup milk (small size)
1 cup Oil for frying
Method:
Mix 1 packet gulab jamun flour with 1 and half cup milk.
Keep the sticky dough consistency and make balls by applying littlie oil on palm, it will not form crack and does not become dry.
Then fry the gulab jamun and place in sugar syrup.
Sugar Syrup
2 cup sugar
2 glass water
Cardamom 4

Method:

Add water and sugar in a heavy bottomed pan.
Keep low flam and stir well till sugar dissolve.
Do not stir it while boiling because it affect the syrup consistency.
Add cardamon powder, saffron or rose water.
Make sure the syrup need to be sticky for gulab jamun.

Rabri Recipe

1 lrt milk
2 cup sugar
cardamom 4 (powder)
Saffron or food color
Dry fruit
Almon & pista
