This is another recipe i tried with paneer and broccoli. It is an easy and delicious recipe for dinner. You can use basmati rice or massori rice for this recipe. I have mixed pre-cooked rice with veggies and paneer. This recipe is a collection of different vegetables and soft paneer cubes along with some spices will come out excellently to make this aromatic delight. Soy sauce is utilized to add color and taste it further.



Ingredients
Rice 2 cups
Paneer 100 gram
Broccoli 1 cup
Carrot 1
Beans 5-6
Spring onion

Paneer coating ingredients:

2 tablespoon tomato sause
1 teaspoon maggie masala
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon soya sauce
1/2 amchur powder
1 teaspoon corn flour
1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
Cut the paneer in cubes and marinade with above ingredients and keep for 30 minutes. It gives paneer tongue tickling flavor.
 Fry the marinated paneer in on low flame for 10 minutes.
 Clean the broccoli and boil it for 2 minutes.
Prepare veggies masala with
Ginger paste - 1 teaspoon
Garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
Green chillies paste - 4
Onion choppen 1
Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
Gram masala half teaspoon
Amchur powder half teaspoon
Salt
Lemon juice half
 Cook the masala for 5 minutes on low flame and mix the veggies.
 After 5 minutes mix the fried paneer and cook for another 5 minutes.
 Another side, cook the rice with spices like cardamom, cinnamon and clove and cool down it.
Mix the rice gently with paneer and veggies. Serve hot with dal fry or raita.
